The feedback from the ITS held desk team, was very positive, they liked the idea of having one FAQ engine outside of the vle, where we’d have categories by help desk team, and agree on a tag convention. We also thought it would be useful to help the teams discuss FAQ design, what is a how to guide compared to a FAQ, and what strategies ween users of email and more toasted self directed help material.
We discussed where to go next, we all agreed this type of service would be best provided under the info zone brand … Sorry Laura 🙂
It was left I’d talk to Laura in the info zone, and also contact John w.r.t installation. We did suggest, perhaps Ben might get involved in the branding / CSS work.
