A repository model for Ac Dev (ILTS projects) at UCS

This is for Andrew, he mentioned at the LTAG Meeting yesterday he needed to disseminate the findings from the ILTS Projects. We’ll the following might meet his purposes (built on the dissemination for The Elevate Team’s OERs etc.,)

Create a blog (see http://wolseyweb.ucs.ac.uk/blogs/elevate/) – Andrew, for the ITS projects, we are very happy to set this up for you 🙂

The blog is used for a number of reasons; 1) get ITS projects to update regularly (as they go through the projects) to keep people in the loop, and allow people to keep informed of progress across the projects 2) publish the completed reports for each project (I’d suggest working to a template)

The projects should also be available as a PDF or Word doc, with an apppropriate cover sheet (to be used when cited). This will be stored and available from dropbox.com (externally hosted file store).

What is the benefit of this over using WOLSEY? People will find it and it is easy to author. It is also externally facing, to help with UCS / Individual profile 🙂

An example is …
