Given the increasing range of requests for Elevate Team input, and these requiring more coordination with non-Elevate Team people it is becoming increasingly obvious we need to introduce a better work flow management tool, to ensure all steps are taken in the correct order, and have been signed off by the appropriate people. An example is where we are creating video based learning objects for academics.

Given our needs are not for enforced steps (ie., the system will not allow you to progress unless another part is complete), and email notifications of milestones – we are planning on using Google Docs to manage the process, through the use of Templates, Forms and Docs.
